TGFI, let’s go Bananas!! Since it’s Friday today, let’s let loose, be a little silly and talk about something crazy and delicious…your guessed it, BANANAS!

 

Did you know bananas can make you happy? That’s probably why the average person consumes 26lb of bananas per year. Bananas contain tryptophan which helps the body produce serotonin. High levels of serotonin give us a “feel good” state!

Did you know you can use the inside of a banana peel to polish patent leather shoes and clean the dust off house plant leaves? It will also make your plant leaves nice and shiny!

A man in india once ate 81 bananas in 30minutes.

 

Bananas don’t actually grow on trees but on a giant herb plant.
